I am really interested in purchasing your IR2BT to allow operation of my PS3 in my HT Setup. I however use the Sony RM-AX4000 Programable remote control.

I just would like to know if this device is compatible with IR2BT.

Any remote that is capable of sending the Sony PS2 IR codes will work with the IR2BT. I would certainly hope that a universal remote put out by Sony would contain Sony's DVD and PS2 codes. I also see that particular remote is programmable so you should be fine, but I'm not familiar with that remote in particular.

Thank you for your extremely fast reply. I will check the remote's manual and verify whether it has the PS2 codes in it´s database or if I can borrow one from a friend so it can learn the codes. If I am sucessfull I will certainly make a purchase.

I also have the same question but can not solved yet and also want to know about the code of plasma TV. I have tried solution given here but it not worked for my TV so want to know about code for plasma TV AP-5600.
